2. ORDERING FROM US

2.2 One Stop Clinics Healthcare acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. One Stop Clinics Healthcare will send you a despatch confirmation by email. 3. PRICING
3.1 One Stop Clinics Healthcare prices do not include VAT as we are not registered for VAT.
3.2 Where One Stop Clinics Healthcare charges separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/01/2012.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to customerservices[at]onestopclinics.com before we have dispatched the goods or provided services to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used
in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed
to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

The First Step
If you are dissatisfied please speak to the nurse at the earliest opportunity so matters can be put right. You may feel you want to speak to Mr Kabukoba himself directly regarding your concerns. Feel free to ask for an appointment or to speak to him on the phone. If the matter cannot be resolved because it is involving a member of staff or Mr Kabukoba himself, still write in stating your complaint. You have the option of sending in your complaint by email but please do not send a text.
The Second Step
Following a written complaint, we will then seek to resolve the matter as soon as possible and in writing. You can expect a written acknowledgment of receipt of your complaint (by post or email) within 2 working days. A detailed response will be sent to you within 21 working days.
